E-commerce study: Parcel terminals are the number one delivery method in the Baltics

Internet research and technology company Gemius conducted its annual E-commerce study in the Baltics. The study revealed that the majority of respondents prefer to receive their orders in parcel terminals, most popular of which in Latvia and Estonia is Omniva parcel machines. Regarding payment methods, Latvians and Estonians mainly prefer filling out card or internetbank information, but Lithuanians – using online money transfer system, such as Paypal, etc.
